High-density polyethylene pipe (ISO) × SUS pipe Supon MPX MP-V

Flangeless connection of high-density polyethylene pipes and stainless steel pipes reduces the risk of leakage! A mechanical joint that eliminates the need for threading or electric fusion work!

No disassembly required, easily connectable! The mechanical joint series "Suppon Joint"! Suppon MPX is a mechanical joint that allows for pipe connection simply by inserting and tightening high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter). It eliminates the need for core drilling, disassembly, and electric fusion work, enabling smooth construction operations. When switching from high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter) to stainless steel pipes is necessary, the "Suppon MPX MP-V (for SUS)" comes in handy. On the high-density polyethylene side, there is no need for electric fusion work, allowing for immediate water flow and reducing construction time. On the stainless steel pipe side, there are no threading or flange welding tasks due to mechanical joining. Since the pipe type switching section is not flange-connected, the risk of water leakage from the flange section is also reduced, making it excellent for safety aspects such as earthquake resistance. It is also possible to slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing and newly installed pipes. If disassembly is needed, it can be easily removed by simply loosening the installed bolts and nuts. Please give it a try when connecting different types of pipes, such as high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter) and stainless steel pipes.

Inner and outer coated steel pipe × Polyethylene pipe for water distribution Supon MPX MP-D

A mechanical joint that connects coated steel pipes and poly pipes for water distribution (ISO outer diameter)! Since coating removal and fusion work are not required for joining, construction time is reduced!

No disassembly required for connection! Introducing the "Suppon Joint" series, a mechanical joint method that simply requires insertion and tightening! The product we are introducing this time is the "Suppon MPX MP-D." It is a joint that connects polyethylene pipes for water distribution with internally and externally coated steel pipes (VD pipes and PD pipes). The Suppon MD Joint is characterized by its ability to be installed without removing the outer coating of the internally and externally coated steel pipes (VD pipes and PD pipes). It can be joined without disassembly, and installation can be done with just a torque wrench, making it extremely user-friendly. Since the connection of polyethylene pipes for water distribution is a mechanical connection rather than a fusion connection, it can be installed in wet areas and connected to existing pipes. Additionally, the installation is simple, requiring only the tightening of bolts and nuts with a wrench, eliminating the need for a fusion machine. It can also slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing pipes with newly installed pipes. After connection, water can flow immediately, significantly reducing construction time. When using new polyethylene pipes for water distribution in renovation work, you can utilize this joint for connections with existing PD and VD pipes. Please give it a try when connecting dissimilar pipes between internally and externally coated steel pipes and polyethylene pipes for water distribution.
